摘　　要：目的系统评价鼠神经生长因子治疗成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹的有效性,为临床药物选择提供循证证据。方法计算机检索国内外数据库,收集鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹的随机对照试验。根据Cochrane5.1手册要求,分别选择研究、提取数据并评价纳入RCTs的质量,采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入17个研究,包括患者1682名。Meta分析结果显示,与常规治疗组相比,鼠神经生长因子能提高成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹的总有效率[RR=1.20、1.09,95%CI=(1.12,1.29)、(1.05,1.13),P<0.00001];鼠神经生长因子能提高成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹的治愈率[RR=1.46、1.47,95%CI=(1.27,1.68)、(1.29,1.66),P<0.00001]。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹有效,但上述结论尚需要更多高质量大样本的临床试验加以验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis in adults and children so as to inform clinical practitioners with evidence-based knowledge in making choice of medication.Methods Firstly,a computer-aided search of the relevant databases around the world was conducted to collect data as represented in the results of randomized controlled experiments where mouse NGF was utilized for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.According to the requirements as specified in manual Cochrane 5.1,the quality of RCTs was evaluated by selecting research,extracting data and using RevMan 5.1 software for meta-analysis.Results The data collected consisted of 17 studies that chose 1682 patients as the subjects of study.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the conventional treatment group,mouse nerve growth factor could improve the total effective rate of idiopathic facial paralysis in adults and children.The RR was 1.20 and 1.09.95%CI was(1.12,1.29)and(1.05,1.13),P<0.00001.The cure rate in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis in adults and children with mouse nerve growth factor was also improved significantly.The RR was 1.46 and 1.47.95%CI was(1.27,1.68)and(1.29,1.66),P<0.00001.Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor can be an effective medication for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis in adults and children.However,the conclusion asks for further verification with more high-quality large-scale clinical trials.
