摘　　要：目的:采用薄层色谱法建立大菟丝子的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对大菟丝子中的绿原酸、咖啡酸和β-谷甾醇进行鉴别。结果:TCL鉴别方法分离良好、斑点清晰。结论:本法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可作为大菟丝子的质量控制方法。[Abstract] Objective: To establish the quality control method of Cuscuta japonica by TLC. Methods: Chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid' and beta - sitosterol were identified by TLC. Results: TCL was well separated and the spots were clear. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, can be used asa Cuscuta japonica quality control method.
