摘　　要：目的:建立胶束毛细管电泳法(MEKC)测定蓝玉簪龙胆中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法。方法:以70 mmol/L硼砂-35 mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)-20%的乙腈(pH=9.85)为缓冲溶液,用未涂溃标准熔融石英毛细管(有效长度为56 cm,64.5 cmx50|jun)为分离通道,检测波长为210 nm,分离电压定为15 kV,压力进样为5 kPax5 s。结果:2种活性成分的浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r>0.9992),2种活性成分峰面积的RSD分别为3.07%、2.34%。结论:MEKC法有着高柱效、分析速度快、所需样品量少、消耗溶剂少等特点。该方法操作简单,精密度、重复性较好,可用于蓝玉簪龙胆的廣量评价和控制。Objective:A cerebellar electrode chromatography(MEKC)method was established for determining the contents of Nicole acid and solicitor acid in Argentina hitchhiker Helms.Methods:The separation was performed on a turncoat fused silica capillary(64.5cmx50|Jim,56cm of effective length)with a voltage of 15k V.The 20%laetrile containing 70mmol/L borax and 35mmol/L SDS(pH=9.85)was used as the buffer solution.The sample was injected at the pressure of 5kPax5s and detected at the wavelength of 210nm.Results:It showed a good linearity between the concentration and peak area(r>0.9992).The RSD of 2 active ingredients were 3.07%and 2.34%.Conclusion:MEKC has the advantages of high column efficiency,faster analysis speed,less sample size and less solvent consumption.This method have the advantages of simple,accurate and reproducible.It could be used for quality evaluation and control for Argentina hitchhiker Helms.
