朝医太极针法与太极六合针法的比较研究

摘　　要：《易经》云:“易有太极,始生两仪,两仪生四象,四象生八卦。”朝医太极针法与太极六合针法,皆是中医传统理论结合太极理论的新型针法,但其内容截然不同,前者以四象医学为基础,以泻大脏器补小脏器为特点;后者是以太极八卦经络调控系统为枢纽,以人体的三层太极八卦为模式的一种针法。本文将从创立来源、名称由来及内涵、针法基本内容及临床研究等方面分别论述其精髓,为今后从事临床研究及实验研究工作在思路和方法上奠定基础。There is a saying in The Book of Changes that it*s easy to have Taiji which begin to give birth to Liangyi(the yin and the yang);Liangyi produces Sasang and Sasang produce the Eight Trigrams.These are Taiji acupuncture and Taiji Liuhe acupuncture in Korean Medicine,and both of the two acupunctures are inheritance and development of Chinese Medicine meridians,but there are very different contents between them.Based on Sasang medicine,Taiji acupuncture feature is to excrete large viscera and replenish small organs;but based on the regulation system of Taiji Bagua meridians,Taiji Liuhe acupuncture works out on the model of three-layer Taiji Eight Trigrams.From the aspects of its origin,its name and connotation,the basic content and clinical research,this article will discuss its essence so as to lay a foundation for the future clinical research and experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine.
