摘 要:受地形地质条件限制,缆索式起重机的基础结构多布置在陡峭山体,针对在高陡边坡上的缆机基础结构的稳定性计算,建立了考虑缆机水平轮压、竖向轮压及本身自重等多种、多向荷载的修正刚体极限平衡法,同时采用基于离散单元法的三维强度折减法,分别对高陡边坡上的缆机基础结构稳定性进行分析研究,计算结果表明2种方法的结论基本一致,验证了极限平衡理论及强度折减方法在缆机基础结构稳定计算的适用性。Limited by topographical or geological conditions,the foundation structure of the cable crane is mostly arranged in a steep mountain,the stability calculation of the cable foundation structure on the high and steep slope is calculated in this paper.Analyze and study of the stability of the cable foundation on high and steep slopes by means of established a modified rigid body limit equilibrium method that considers various horizontal and multi-directional loads such as horizontal wheel pressure,vertical wheel pressure and self-weight of cable machine,at the same time,the three-dimensional strength reduction method based on discrete element method is adopted.The calculation results showed that the conclusions of the two methods are basically the same,and the applicability of the limit equilibrium theory and the strength reduction method in the stability calculation of the cable cranes foundation is verified,which can better guide the engineering design and implementation.
