摘　　要：共享是新发展理念的重要范畴,青年实现共享发展将直接影响社会发展的动力与方向。把青年共享发展问题纳入中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究视野中,可将青年共享发展划分为进入价值形成阶段和价值创造阶段。在价值形成阶段,应为青年发展提供丰富的生存发展资料,确保青年的顺利成长,提升价值创造的能力;而在价值创造阶段,则需要引导青年积极参与社会分工,促进其将剩余劳动转化为社会劳动进行价值创造,履行青年的历史担当和对人民的社会承诺,在个人实现共享发展的同时,推动中国特色社会主义各项事业建设的全面加速。Sharing is an important category of the new development concept,and the realization of youths sharing development will directly affect the power and direction of social development.By bringing the issue of youth sharing development into the perspective of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,we can divide the youth sharing development into value formation stage and creation stage.In the stage of value formation,we should provide rich survival and development materials for youth development,ensure the smooth growth of youth,and improve the ability of value creation.In the stage of value creation,we need to guide youth to actively participate in social division of labor,promote their transformation of surplus labor into social labor for value creation,and fulfill their historical responsibilities and social commitments to the people.While realizing individual shared development,we will promote the acceleration of the construction of various undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
