摘　　要：甲状腺结节是内分泌科的常见病、多发病,随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快,甲状腺结节的发病率有明显上升的趋势。西医治疗甲状腺结节多以促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗、手术及放射性碘治疗为主。消法作为中医八法之一,含义颇丰,应用甚广,能够使有形之邪渐消缓散,其中深含消法之意的小金胶囊作为通过现代生物技术将古方研发运用而成的新型制剂,在治疗甲状腺结节方面多有不错的疗效,值得临床推广及运用。The thyroid nodule is a common and frequent-occurring disease of the endocrinology.It has a tendency to increase the incidence of thyroid nodules with the development of the society,with the acceleration of the life rhythm.In Western medicine,thyroid nodules are treated with TSH inhibition,operation and radioiodine.But as one of the 8 methods of traditional Chinese medicine,elimination has abundant meaning and wide application,which can make the physical pathogen gradually dissipate and disperse.Xiaojin Capsules,which contain the meaning of elimination method,is a novel preparation by the development and application of the ancient prescription through modern biotechnology.It has good curative effects in the treatment of the thyroid nodules,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
