修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的安全性及有效性。方法选取安徽医科大学第二附属医院2012年5月至2018年3月收治的复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者共计135例。采用鼻内镜修正性手术,评估患者术后效果。结果手术后随访12月,大部分患者术后鼻内镜检查量化评估(Lund-Kennedy)评分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论修正性鼻内镜手术能有效地治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉,规范化的诊疗及合理的手术方式可有效预防复发,降低并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of modified endoscopic sinus surgery for recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 135 patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our department from May 2012 to March 2018 were selected.Revised endoscopic sinus surgery was used to evaluate the effect of the operation.Results After 12 months of follow-up,Lund-Kennedy score and VAS score of most patients were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Revised endoscopic sinus surgery is effective for recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Standardized diagnosis and treatment and reasonable surgical methods can effectively prevent recurrence and reduce complications.
