摘 要:目的观察双水平气道正压无创呼吸机辅助通气应用在重症哮喘患者中的效果和对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月泰州市第四人民医院收治的90例重症哮喘患者,采用数表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组用双水平气道正压无创呼吸机辅助通气,比较两组的效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),治疗组患者呼吸困难、胸闷和其他症状缓解时间低于对照组,治疗组患者的肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双水平气道正压无创呼吸机辅助通气应用到症状哮喘中的效果更好,不仅能提升治疗效果,还能有效改善患者的肺功能指标,更快的缓解患者的胸闷和呼吸困难等症状,有利于患者尽快康复,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation with double level positive airway pressure in patients with severe asthma and its effect on lung function.Methods From September 2017 to June 2019,A total of 90 patients with severe asthma admitted to the fourth people's Hospital of Taizhou City were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the treatment group was treated with double horizontal positive airway pressure noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%).Compared with the control group,the pulmonary function index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Twolevel positive airway pressure noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation is more effective in symptomatic asthma,which can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also effectively improve the pulmonary function index of the patients,and alleviate the chest tightness and dyspnea of the patients more quickly,which is beneficial to the recovery of the patients as soon as possible and has high clinical application value.
