二地鳖甲煎汤联合六味地黄软胶囊治疗勃起功能障碍肾阴虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察二地鳖甲煎汤联合六味地黄软胶囊治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)肾阴虚证患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年12月至2017年12月常州市中医院男科治疗的80例ED肾阴虚证患者,按治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组40例;治疗组同时使用二地鳖甲煎汤和六味地黄软胶囊;对照组仅使用二地鳖甲煎,疗程为8周。比较两组治疗前后国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的IIEF-5评分明显高于治疗前,且治疗组IIEF-5评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二地鳖甲煎联合六味地黄软胶囊治疗ED肾阴虚证患者疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erdi Biejiajian Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Soft Capsule on erectile dysfunction(ED)patients with Shen(Kidney)-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods From December 2014 to December 2017,A total of 80 ED patients with Shen-yin deficiency syndrome admitted to the Andrology Department of Changzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods,40 cases per group.The treatment group was treated with Erdi Biejiajian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Soft Capsule.while the control group was treated with Erdi Biejiajian Decoction alone.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The scores of the international erectile function index-5(IIEF-5)before and after treatment as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Erdi Biejiajian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Soft Capsule was effective for ED patients with deficiency syndrome.
