摘　　要：目的探讨重症超高C-反应蛋白(CRP)社区获得性肺炎(SCAP)患者激素治疗经验。方法选取2017年9月到2019年7月湛江中心人民医院收治的50例超高CRPSCAP患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组施以对症治疗,试验组施以糖皮质激素治疗,观察肺损伤评分、机械通气时间、28 d死亡率、ICU住院时间。结果试验组的损伤评分与28 d死亡率较低,机械通气与ICU住院时间较短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激素治疗CRPSCAP具有良好临床效果。Objective To explore the experience of hormone therapy in patients with community-acquired pneumonia(SCAP).Methods A total of 50 Patients with ultra high CRPSCAP from September 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=25)and test group(n=25).The control group was treated with symptomatic therapy and the test group was treated with glucocorticoid therapy.The Lung Injury Score,mechanical ventilation time,mortality rate of 28 days and ICU hospitalization time were observed.Results The injury score and 28-day mortality of the test group were lower,the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay was shorter,the difference was significant compared with the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hormone therapy has a good clinical effect on CRPSCAP.
