孤立性房颤在双侧全胸腔镜下行外科射频消融术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孤立性房颤在双侧全胸腔镜下行外科射频消融术的临床研究。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月丹阳市人民医院收治的3例孤立性房颤患者,患者均在双侧全胸腔镜下行外科射频消融术治疗,对比治疗前后患者的心功能改善情况、治疗结果及生活质量改善情况。结果患者均顺利实施手术,术后恢复良好,无严重并发症,出院半年后窦性心律比例66.67%(2/3);干预后左室射血分数显著高于干预前,左心室收缩末期内径及左心室舒张末期内径显著低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后患者的生活质量评分明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论针对孤立性房颤患者,在双侧全胸腔镜下行外科射频消融术治疗能改善患者的心功能水平,预后情况良好,患者生活质量得以提高,取得积极的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical study of radiofrequency ablation of isolated atrial fibrillation under bilateral vats.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,three patients with isolated atrial fibrillation were enrolled in Danyang people's hospital.All patients were treated with surgical radiofrequency ablation under bilateral vats.The improvement of cardiac function,treatment results and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results All patients were successfully operated,recovered well after surgery,and had no serious complications.The proportion of sinus rhythm six months after discharge was 66.67%(2/3).After intervention,left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that before intervention,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter and end-diastolic diameter were significantly lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with isolated atrial fibrillation,surgical radiofrequency ablation under bilateral VATS can improve the level of cardiac function,the prognosis is good,the quality of life of patients can be improved,and positive therapeutic effect can be achieved.
