摘　　要：在水利工程施工中,不良地质条件下石坝趾板基础开挖施工难度大、技术要求高,要有合理的施工布置和明确的注意事项。本文以新疆阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程石坝趾板基础开挖施工为例,介绍了坝址基础地质条件及其施工难点,提出了有针对性的施工布置、分区分层和爆破设计措施,有效保证了石坝坝趾基础开挖质量。The excavation of toe board foundation of rock dam under bad geological conditions is characterized by high construction difficulty and high technical requirements during construction of water conservancy projects,so reasonable construction layout and clear matters needing attention are required.The excavation of toe board foundation of rock dam in Xinjiang Altash Water Conservancy Project is adopted as an example in the paper.The geological conditions and construction difficulties of the dam site foundation are introduced,and specific measures of construction arrangement,division and stratification as well as blasting design are proposed,thereby effectively guaranteeing the excavation quality of toe foundation of rock dam.
