摘 要:以短切聚乙烯/聚酯(PE/PET)复合纤维为原料湿法抄造原纸,采用浆内添加增强剂和成形后热压的方式改善纸页性能。探讨了打浆作用、增强剂乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)用量、热压温度和热压时间对PE/PET纤维及成纸性能的影响。实验结果表明:当热压压力0.7 MPa、热压时间4 min、热压温度150℃时,PE/PET纤维纸获得较好的综合性能;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,复合纤维纸热压下保留了PET纤维骨架结构,PE外层热熔成膜显著提高纸页结合强度。Base paper was fabricated with short cut polyethylene/polyester (PE/PET) composite fiber,and the paper properties was improved by adding strengthening agent in pulp and hot pressing after forming.The effects of beating,dosage of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA),hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time on the properties of PE/PET fiber and paper forming were investigated.The results showed that the PE/PET fiber paper obtained better comprehensive performance with the conditions of pressing pressure 0.7 MPa,hot pressing time 4 min and hot pressing temperature 150℃.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis showed that the PET fiber skeleton structure was retained under the hot pressing of composite fiber paper,and the PE outer layer melt forming film and significantly improved the bonding strength of the paper.
