克氏针结合Nice结治疗成人锁骨骨折疗效回顾

摘　　要：目的:分析克氏针结合Nice结治疗127例成人AlmanⅠ型有移位骨折疗效.方法:回顾我院自2011年11月-2017年12月住院的127例成人锁骨中1/3有移位骨折患者应用克氏针结合Nice结手术治疗疗效,3-6个月骨折愈合后拔针,跟踪随访1年,骨折愈合良好.结果:127例成人锁骨骨折全部愈合,无断针、退针现象,无骨折再断裂及骨不连,肩关节功能恢复良好.结论:应用克氏针结合Nice结治疗锁骨中1/3移位骨折,易操作,损伤小,骨折愈合良,无需2次切开取固定物,疗效确切,经济方便,易推广.Objective:To investigate the effect of Kirschner wire combined with Nice Knot in the treatment of middle clavicular fracture.Methods:a retrospective analysis of our hospital from 127 cases of 2011.11-2017.12 hospitalized in middle clavicle fractures were treated by Kirschner wire combined with Nice Knot,3-6 months later,all of the fractures were healing,regular follow-up one year,fracture healed well Results:in 127 cases of fracture,no broken needle,all of cases had no refracture and nonunion,,The shoulder joint function recovered well.Conclusion:the application of Kirschner wire combined with Nice Knot treatment of clavicle fracture was easy operation,little injury,no nonunion,without operation to remove fixtures,significant effect。
