摘 要:采用水热法结合后期热处理技术制备了Au/ZnO多孔纳米片,并对其气敏性能进行了详细研究。Au/ZnO样品是由厚度约一二十纳米的多孔纳米片组成;气敏性能测试发现,在紫外光照射下Au/ZnO多孔纳米片结构对NO 2气体具有室温响应,检测限为100ppb。Au/ZnO传感器对100ppb NO 2气体的响应时间是21.5s,恢复时间是7s,灵敏度是1.25。当NO 2气体浓度增加到50ppm时,Au/ZnO传感器的灵敏度增加到138.3,是纯ZnO传感器的2.9倍。分析认为,Au/ZnO优异的室温气敏性能是由于在紫外光照射下材料内部产生光生电子-空穴对以及Au颗粒的催化作用。本论文为高性能、低功耗室温气体传感器的构筑提供了一种简易的方法。The porous Au/ZnO nanocomposites were prepared by hydrothermal method combined with post-treatment technology,and their gas sensing properties at room temperature were studied in detail.The Au/ZnO sample is composed of porous nanosheets with a thickness of about ten nanometers.It was found that under UV irradiation,porous Au/ZnO nanostructures respond to NO2 at room temperature.Au/ZnO porous nanostructures have high sensitivity to NO2,and the detection limit is 100 ppb.The response time of Au/ZnO sensor to 100 ppb NO2 is 21.5 s,the recovery time is 7 s and the sensitivity is 1.25.When the NO2 concentration increases to 50 ppm,the sensitivity of Au/ZnO sensor increases to 138.3,which is 2.9 times of that of ZnO sensor.It is preliminarily believed that the excellent room temperature gas sensitivity of Au/ZnO is due to the photogenerated electron hole pair and the catalysis of Au particles.The experimental results show that Au/ZnO porous nanosheet material is expected to become one of the candidate sensitive materials for high-performance NO2 sensor.
