电针对急性心肌缺血病人血清炎症因子水平及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电针对急性心肌缺血病人血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平及心功能的影响。方法选取2014年7月—2018年7月在佛山市中医院三水医院住院及门诊治疗的急性心肌缺血病人120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针治疗仪治疗。观察两组治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、NE、IL-1β、心功能指标变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%(55/60),高于对照组的78.33%(47/60),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、NE、IL-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率13.33%(8/60),对照组不良反应发生率为8.33%(5/60),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针治疗急性心肌缺血病人,可改善TNF-α、IL-6、NE、IL-1β水平和心功能。Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture on serum levels of tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin-6(IL-6),norepinephrine(NE),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial ischemia from July 2014 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with western medicine,while the patients in observation group were treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of control group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,NE,and IL-1β,cardiac function,clinical efficacy were compareed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(91.67%vs 78.33%,P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,NE,and IL-1βin observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The LVEF of observation group was higher than that of the control group,and LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 13.33%(8/60),and 8.33%(5/60)in control group,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,NE,IL-1β,and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial ischemia.
