颈后路椎弓根钉棒短节段内固定治疗寰枢椎骨折脱位及不稳的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈后路椎弓根钉棒短节段内固定治疗寰枢椎骨折脱位及不稳的临床效果。方法:选取我院2017年11月-2018年12月期间收治的寰枢椎骨折脱位及不稳患者10例为观察组,予以颈后路椎弓根钉棒短节段内固定治疗;同时选取2017年1月-2017年10月期间在我院行后路椎夹板内固定术治疗的10例患者为对照组,比较2组治疗效果。结果:2组手术时间对比无较大差异(P>0.05),但术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间等指标比较差异均显著(P<O.05);并发症发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:给予寰枢椎骨折脱位及不稳患者颈后路椎弓根钉棒短节段内固定治疗效果理想,安全性高,可推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of posterior cervical pedicle screw-rod short-segment internal fixation in the treatment of atlantoaxial fracture,dislocation and instability.Methods:Ten patients with atlantoaxial fracture,dislocation and instability admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group and treated with short-segment posterior cervical pedicle screw-rod internal fixation.At the same time,10 patients treated with posterior splint internal fixation in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were com?pared.Result:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(p>0.05),but there were significant differences in intraoperative bleeding volume,time of getting out of bed after operation,hospital stay and other indicators(p<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of posterior cervical pedicle screw-rod short-segment internal fixation for atlantoaxial fracture-dislocation and instability is ideal,safe and can be popularized.
