风险护理在脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中的应用及对患者疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究风险护理在脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中的应用及对患者疼痛症状的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年12月我院收治的脊柱骨折患者128例,随机分为2组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组在此基础上结合风险护理。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症人数以及并发症发生几率小于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中的应用风险护理,可以提高患者的护理满意度,减少患者术后并发症发生概率。Objective:To study the application of risk nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with spinal fractures and its influence on patients'pain symptoms.Methods:128 patients with spinal fracture admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given risk nursing on this basis.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of complications in the study group and the incidence of complications were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with spinal fractures can improve the nursing satisfaction of pa?tients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
