锁骨远端锁定钢板和锁骨钩钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效对比探究

摘　　要：目的:对比探析锁骨远端锁定钢板和锁骨钩钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效.方法:2017年11月-2018年12月,研究对象:以上时段内本院收治的60例锁骨远端骨折患者,根据计算机随机分组原则将60例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组30例.对照组用锁骨钩钢板固定治疗,观察组用锁骨远端锁定钢板治疗,对比手术相关指标、术后恢复效果、疼痛程度.结果:相较于对照组,观察组切口长度、骨折愈合时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组肩关节功能评分、上肢功能评分明显较高,且疼痛程度观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:锁骨远端锁定钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折效果远高于锁骨钩钢板固定治疗效果,且前者疼痛感较轻,对促使患者关节功能恢复具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To compare the efficacy of distal clavicle locking plate and clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment of dis-tal clavicle fractures.Methods:Study period:November 2017-2018,study subjects:60 patients with distal clavicle fractures admitted to our hospital during the above time period,60 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of computer randomization.30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clavicular hook plate fixation,and the observation group was treated with the distal clavicle locking plate.The surgical related indexes,postoperative recovery and pain were compared.Re-sults:Compared with the control group,the incision length and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the shoulder joint function score and upper limb function score were significantly higher in the observation group.The pain level was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The distal clavicle locking plate for the treatment of distal clavicle fracture was much better than the treatment of clavicular hook plate fixation,and the former had a mild pain,which has a positive effect on the recovery of joint function.It was worthy of clinical application.
