数字化三维技术联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉对股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化三维技术联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉对股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月昌邑市人民医院收治的股骨转子间骨折患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组用传统防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗,实验组用数字化三维技术联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,比较两组的临床治疗实际情况。结果实验组的围手术期指标均优于对照组,术后1~9周的髋关节功能恢复情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨转子间骨折采用数字化三维技术联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗可获得良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of digital three-dimensional technique combined with proximal femoral anti-rotation nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to changyi people's hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with traditional anti-rotation intramedullary nail(PFNA),while the experimental group was treated with digital three-dimensional technology combined with proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail.Results The perioperative indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the recovery of hip joint function at 1~9 weeks after operation was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of digital three-dimensional technique combined with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail for femoral intertrochanteric fracture can obtain good therapeutic effect.
