弹性髓内钉与螺纹针在儿童锁骨骨折中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察在儿童锁骨骨折治疗中采用弹性髓内钉与螺纹针治疗的效果。方法选取2014年8月至2017年9月云南省红河州绿春县人民医院收治的锁骨骨折患儿38例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各19例。观察组采用弹性髓内钉内固定术,对照组采用螺纹克氏针内固定术。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组Constant评分、总满意度均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,切口、VAS评分小于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉较螺纹针在治疗儿童锁骨骨折中效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of elastic intramedullary nail and threaded nail in the treatment of clavicular fracture in children.Methods Totally 38 children with clavicular fracture were selected from August 2014 to September 2017 in People's Hospital of Luchun County.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 19 cases in each group.Elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation was used in the observation group and threaded nail internal fixation was used in the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Constant score and total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the length of stay was shorter than the control group,the cost of z-hospital was less than the control group,the incision and VAS scores were lower than the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail is more effective than threaded nail in the treatment of clavicular fracture in children.
