摘　　要：目的分析腹水型晚期血吸虫病的医疗救助效果。方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月扬州市江都区疾病预防控制中心救助的215例腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者做回顾性分析。对治疗前后患者的肝功能分级、生活质量进行评价。结果治疗后患者的肝功能大部分下降至少1级,各级患者数量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者的生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论对腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者采取合理有效的医疗救助措施,可显著改善患者肝功能,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of advanced schistosomiasis with ascites.Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,215 patients with advanced schistosomiasis ascites were analyzed retrospectively.The liver function grade and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.Results After treatment,most of the patients'liver function decreased at least 1 grade,the number of patients at all levels was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational and effective medical treatment for advanced schistosomiasis patients with ascites can significantly improve the liver function and quality of life.
