摘　　要：目的探究多层螺旋CT与磁共振成像(MRI)诊断腕关节损伤的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月到2019年6月嘉峪关市第一人民医院诊治的80例腕关节损伤患者,使用抽签法分为3组,A组26例使用多层螺旋CT进行诊断;B组27例使用MRI诊断;C组27例联合使用多层螺旋CT联合MRI进行诊断。比较3组的隐匿性骨折、关节脱位及骨折诊出率。结果C组隐匿性骨折、关节脱位及骨折的诊出率均高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而A、B两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对腕关节损伤患者,采取多层螺旋CT联合MRI进行诊断的效果更好,能够准确观察到患者有无隐匿性骨折、关节脱位的情况,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of wrist joint injury.Methods From June 2015 to June 2019,80 patients with wrist joint injuries were selected from the First People's Hospital of Jiayuguan City.They were divided into three groups by lottery.Twenty-six patients in group A were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT;27 patients in group B were diagnosed by MRI;and 27 patients in group C were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT and MRI.The diagnostic rates of occult fracture,joint dislocation and fracture were compared among the three groups.Results The diagnostic rates of occult fracture,joint dislocation and fracture of group C were higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI is more effective in the diagnosis of wrist joint injury.It can accurately observe whether the patients have occult fracture or joint dislocation,and it is worth popularizing.
