摘　　要：针对超临界锅炉炉膛校核热力计算,以苏联1973年热力计算标准中分区计算方法为基础,通过结合煤粉燃烧一维阻塞流模型,提出了一种新的分区段一维炉膛换热计算模型,并编制了相应的热力计算软件。该软件使用方便,不仅可以得到沿炉膛高度方向烟气平均温度分布和区段水冷壁热负荷,而且还可以获得飞灰含碳量。以某600 MW超临界锅炉为例,采用软件进行了炉膛传热热力计算。结果表明:可以较好地反映沿炉膛高度方向烟气平均温度和热负荷分布情况。Focusing on furnace thermal check calculation in a supercritical boiler,a new one dimension furnace heat transfer model by dividing furnace into many sections was proposed and its corresponding thermal calculation software was composed,basing on combing sections calculating method of the Soviet Union boiler unit heating calculation standard methods and blocking flow model of coal combustion.This software has the advantage of simple form and easy to use.And not only the heat load of water wall and average temperature of flue gas,but also the carbon content of fly ash can be gained by using this software.As an example furnace heat transfer calculation was carried out in a 600 MW supercritical boiler.The results showed that the calculation results of average flue gas and thermal load along the height of the furnace was consistent with the actual one.
