携带稻瘟病菌的大麦粒作为载体在杀菌剂筛选中的应用

摘　　要：介绍提供携带稻瘟病菌的大麦粒在稻瘟病杀菌剂筛选中的应用方法,该方法的稻瘟病菌载体(即携带稻瘟病菌的大麦粒)在药剂筛选中制作简单,不易染菌,且成本低,进而可大大提高稻瘟病杀菌剂筛选的效率,利于大批量快速筛选稻瘟病杀菌剂。The application of barley with Magnaporthe grisea as carrier in the selection of fungicides for Magnaporthe grisea was introduced in the paper.The carrier of this method is easy to produce,not easy to infect other fungi,and low cost,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the screening of rice blast fungicides and facilitate the rapid screening of rice blast fungicides in large quantities.
