摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题日益突出,传统的水产养殖不仅要耗费大量的人力物力财力,效率低下,而且不能有效地解决食品质量安全、食品信息追溯、市场环境变化等问题,因而智慧化水产养殖得到广泛关注。文章主要基于水产食品安全与市场环境的全养殖周期云平台及水质改善系统进行研究、分析,实现对水质环境和环境对水产品生长发育等把控。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the problem of food safety has become increasingly prominent.Traditional aquaculture not only consumes a lot of manpower,resources,and resources,and is inefficient,but it can’t effectively solve food quality and safety,food information traceability,and changes in market environment.And other issues,so smart aquaculture has been extensively conncerned.This article is mainly based on the research and analysis of the aquaculture food safety and market environment’s full breeding cycle cloud platform and water quality improvement system to achieve control of the water quality environment and the environment on the growth and development of aquatic products.
