摘 要:本文基于ESEF的水生态承载力评估方法,探讨了水产品、水污染、水资源足迹、承载力与水生态足迹、承载力之间的函数关系,对区域水生态承载力进行评估。以汉江生态经济带中心城市襄阳市为例,对其2008—2017年的水生态承载能力进行了评估,比较了有无水质标准与环境功能分类时的评估结果,对求平均和求并集两种方法进行了实证分析。结果表明:无论考虑水质标准和环境功能分类与否,两种方法均反映出襄阳市2008—2017年水生态承载力指数先减小后缓慢增大的变化态势。而求并集的方法说服力更强,对实际的指导意义更大。Based on ESEF’s evaluation method of water ecological carrying capacity,this paper discusses the functional relationship between aquatic products,water pollution,water resources footprint,carrying capacity and water ecological footprint,carrying capacity,and evaluates the regional water ecological carrying capacity.Taking Xiangyang City,the central city of the Hanjiang River eco-economic belt,as an example,the water ecological carrying capacity from 2008 to 2017 was evaluated,the evaluation results with and without water quality standards were compared with environmental function classification,and the two methods of averaging and merging were empirically analyzed.The results show that,regardless of whether the water quality standard and environmental function classification are considered,both methods reflect the change trend of Xiangyang city’s water ecological carrying capacity index from 2008 to 2017,which firstly decreases and then slowly increases.However,the method of seeking union is more convincing and of greater guiding significance to practice.
