摘  要:采用真空感应炉冶炼S≤0.008%的低硫光谱分析标样用钢,根据F检验法,研究了稀土铈的加入对钢成分均匀性的影响。结果表明,钢液中添加适量的铈,对C、S、Nb、V、Ti等元素的含量影响不大,但可细化晶粒,促使硫化物改性,抑制碳化铌、碳化钒的析出,进而显著提高各元素在钢中的分布均匀性,满足国标要求。研究对光谱分析用低硫钢、超低硫钢中硫含量的精度提高及高品质钢冶炼技术的开发具有重要的意义。The steel with S≤0.008%standard sample for low sulfur spectral analysis was smelted in vacuum induction furnace.According to F test method,the effect of rare-earth cerium addition on composition uniformity of steel was studied.The results show that the content of C,S,Nb,V,Ti and other elements is not affected by the addition of Cerium in the molten steel,but it can refine the grains,promote the modification of sulfur,inhibit the precipitation of niobium carbide and vanadium carbide,and then significantly improve the distribution uniformity of various elements in the steel,which meets the requirements of the national standard.It is of great significance to the improvement of the accuracy of sulfur content in ultra-low sulfur steel and low sulfur steel for spectral analysis and the development of high quality steel smelting technology.
