摘  要:基于电铝热法冶炼钒铝合金工艺,从氧化膜的产生机理入手,研究了耐材和反应物料的干燥时间、投料方式、冷却时间对钒铝合金表面氧化膜的影响。结果表明,保证炉体耐材在850~890℃温度下烘烤60 h、物料在200~300℃温度下烘烤24 h、加料过程采用分散加料方式、合金熔液静止冷却120 h,可使合金成分均匀,降低裂纹产生几率,进而有效降低钒铝合金表面氧化膜的产生,提高产品合格率,提升产品质量。Based on the electro-aluminothermic process of vanadium aluminum alloy,starting from the mechanism of oxide film,the effects of drying time,feeding mode and cooling time of refractory and reaction materials on the oxide film on the surface of vanadium aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that if the refractory is baked at 850~890℃for 60 h,the material is baked at 200~300℃for 24 h,the feeding process is dispersed,and the alloy melt is cooled for 120 h,the alloy composition will be uniform,the probability of cracks will be reduced,the oxide film on the surface of vanadium aluminum alloy will be effectively reduced,and the product qualification rate and the product quality will be improved.
