摘  要:通过对钒钛矿烧结篦条粘结物进行分析,认为碱金属含量过高是造成篦条糊堵的主要原因。通过禁用电场除尘灰,停喷CaCl 2溶液,提高烧结温度至360℃,改进筛板规格,增加铺底料厚度,在污泥池和混料筒中安装蒸汽管道,控制干熄焦配加比例≤50%,平衡烧结检修周期等措施,烧结过程均衡稳定,篦条糊堵得到有效解决,烧结矿产、质量有所提升。Based on the analysis of grate bond of vanadium titanium ore sinter,it is considered that the high alkali metal content is the main cause of paste blocking.By forbidding dust removal in electric field,stopping spraying CaCl 2 solution,increasing sintering temperature to 360℃,improving sieve plate specification,increasing the thickness of bottom material,installing steam pipe in sludge tank and mixing drum,controlling the proportion of CDQ to be≤50%,balancing the maintenance period of sintering,etc,the sintering process is balanced and stable,the grate paste blocking is effectively solved,and the sintering mineral and quality are improved.
