湿润烧伤膏治疗骶尾部Ⅲ期压疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗骶尾部Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效方法将2017年1月至2019年6月北京市宣武中医医院外科收治的40例骶尾部Ⅲ期压疮患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(20例)与对照组(20例),其中治疗组患者采用湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面,对照组患者采用凡士林油纱治疗局部创面,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果治疗2个月后,治疗组患者中痊愈16例,显效4例,总有效率为100%,明显优于对照组患者中痊愈10例,显效5例,好转2例,无效3例,总有效率85%(Mann-Whitney U=130.000,Z=-2.241,P=0.025);最终两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(41.6±12.4)d,明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(54.2±23.4)d(t=2.128,P=0.040)。结论湿润烧伤膏可有效促进骶尾部Ⅲ期压疮创面的愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,减少瘢痕增生,且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of stageⅢpressure ulcers in sacrococcygeal region.Methods Forty patients with stageⅢsacrococcygeal pressure ulcers,admitted to Beijing Xuanwu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019,were divided,according to random number table,into a treatment group(20 cases)and a control group(20 cases).Local wounds in the treatment group were treated with MEBO while local wounds in the control group were treated with Vaseline oil gauze.The clinical efficacy and wound healing time of the two groups were compared and observed.Results After 2 months of treatment,there were 16 cured cases,4 cases of markedly effective in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 100%,which was significantly better than the control group which has 10 cured cases,5 cases of markedly effective,2 cases of improved,and 3 cases of ineffective and a total effective rate of 85%(Mann-Whitney U=130.000,Z=-2.241,P=0.025).Finally,the wounds of the two groups healed completely.The wound healing time of the treatment group was(41.6±12.4)days,which was significantly shorter than the control group(54.2±23.4)days,(t=2.128,P=0.040).Discussion MEBO can promote the healing of stageⅢpressure ulcer in sacrococcygeal region,shortening the wound healing time,reducing scar hyperplasia and being easy to use,it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
