摘  要:以蓖麻油为研究对象,在甲苯溶剂体系中,以Novozyme435为催化剂制备环氧蓖麻油。探究了反应温度、反应时间、双氧水含量、蓖麻油酸含量、甲苯含量以及催化剂Novozyme435含量等因素对环氧蓖麻油环氧值的影响,并经响应面进一步优化得到合成环氧蓖麻油的最优条件。结果表明,最优条件为:反应温度42℃,反应时间18 h,过氧化氢与双键摩尔比2∶1,蓖麻油酸添加量8%,甲苯添加量43%以及催化剂Novozyme435添加量5%;在此条件下,环氧蓖麻油的环氧值可达5.20%,环氧转化率达97.93%。Castor oil as substrate,the preparation of epoxy castor oil was catalyzed by Novozyme 435 under toluene solvent system.First,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,hydrogen peroxide content,ricinoleic acid content,toluene content and catalyst Novozyme 435 content on the epoxy value of epoxy castor oil were investigated.Then,response surface methodology was used to further optimize the reaction conditions.The result showed that the optimal conditions were:reaction temperature 42 ℃,toluene concentration 43%,enzyme loading 5%,reaction time 18 h,ricinoleic acid quantity 8%,and the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to double bond 2∶1.Under the optimal conditions,the epoxy value of the epoxy castor oil was 5.20%,and the epoxy conversion rate attained 97.93%.
