摘 要:运用原位IR和N 2等温吸脱附法对不同方法制备MFI型S-1纯硅分子筛进行表征,考察S-1分子筛焙烧温度和后处理对S-1分子筛表面Si—OH的影响及VOCs吸附性能。结果表明,提高焙烧温度,可有效除去部分硅羟基,显著改变其表面亲水亲油性能。不同酸强度的处理剂(NH 4F<NH 4NO 3<NH 4HF 2<HF)处理后的S-1分子筛随着含酸强度的增强,其表面Si—OH的特征峰强度逐渐减小。选择环己烷为探针分子,考察S-1分子筛的吸附性能,该分子筛表现对环己烷的吸附性能有一定的相关性。MFI-type pure-silica molecular sieve(S-1) zeolites prepared by different methods were characterized by in-situ IR method.The effects of S-1 zeolite synthesized by the calcination temperature and post-treatment on the surface Si-OH of S-1 zeolite and the adsorption properties of VOCs were investigated.The results show that increasing the calcination temperature can effectively remove part of silanol.Different surface treatments have a great influence on silanol density.In-situ IR results of S-1 treated with different treatment agent indicated that silanol density gradually decreased with the increase of the acid strength of treatment agent.Using cyclohexane as the probe molecule,the adsorption performance of S-1 zeolite was investigated.The zeolite shows a certain correlation for the adsorption of cyclohexane.
