摘 要:针对综合性制药废水成分复杂的特点,采用纳滤、反渗透对氧化处理后的制药废水进行深度处理,测定了原液、浓缩液、透过液的COD、总硬度、氨氮、pH、电导率指标。结果表明,COD去除率达85%,总硬度去除率达98%,氨氮去除率达42%,经过纳滤处理,总硬度达到标准。分析了膜材质、料液、杂质成分等对纳滤、反渗透截留效果的影响,纳滤对高浓度废水中杂质截留效果好,反渗透对低浓度废水中杂质截留效果好。综合性制药废水经过膜法深度处理后主要指标符合工业循环冷却水标准,可回用于生产过程。In light of complex composition of comprehensive pharmaceutical wastewater,the oxidized pharmaceutical wastewater was treated with nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.The COD,total hardness,ammonia nitrogen,pH and conductivity of the stock solution,concentrate and permeate were measured.The results show that the removal rate of COD was 85%,the removal rate of total hardness was 98%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 42%.The affects of membrane material,feed liquid and impurity composition on the interception effect of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis were analyzed.Nanofiltration has good interception effect on impurities in high concentration wastewater and reverse osmosis has good interception effect on impurities in low concentration wastewater.The main indexes of comprehensive pharmaceutical wastewater after membrane separation are compliant with industrial circulating cooling water standards,so treated water can be reused in the production process.
