摘  要:采用两种不同工艺对某淀粉加工有限公司淀粉糖生产项目,不同工序产生的异味废气进行处理,其中管束蒸发器烘干废气、玉米破碎和分离废气以及葡萄糖蒸发浓缩废气统一收集后,采用碱洗喷淋技术处理,而黄原胶发酵废气采用阻沫分离-组合生物过滤技术处理。结果表明,经异味处理系统处理后的气体符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297-1996)中二级排放标准。Two different processes were used to treat the odorous gas produced by different processes in the starch sugar production project of a starch processing Co.,Ltd,where in the tube bundle evaporator drying exhaust gas,corn crushing and separating exhaust gas and glucose evaporation concentrated exhaust gas were treated by alkali washing and spraying technology after unified collection.And the xanthan gum fermentation exhaust gas was treated by anti-foam separation-combination biological filtration technology.The selection treatment technology of odorous gas and the engineering design parameters of the treatment system are introduced in detail.The result showed that the odorous gas treated by odor treatment system met the secondary emission standards in the integrated emission standard of air pollutants(GB 16297-1996).
