摘 要:以相同树龄和相同生境下的东部白松(Pinus strobus)和旱柳(Salix matsudana)叶片为材料,采用高通量测序技术测定了二者叶片表面的真菌种类,并进行了多样性比较分析。结果表明:东部白松叶片表面包含的真菌分为3门、16纲、36目、65科、72属,总计75种;旱柳叶片表面真菌分为3门、16纲、33目、60科、78属,总计75种。东部白松叶片表面对酵母菌类具有一定的选择性,旱柳叶片表面真菌的多样性、丰富度高于东部白松,但是东部白松叶片表面真菌的均匀度更高。With the leaves of Pinus strobus and Salix matsudana in the same age and habitat,the fungal species on the leaf surfaces of the two plants were determined by high-throughput sequencing,and the diversity comparative analysis was carried out.The leaf surface of P.strobus contains 75 species of fungi,including 3 phyla,16 classes,36 orders,65 families and 72 genera.The fungi on leaf surface of S.matsudana were divided into 3 phyla,16 classes,33 orders,60 families,78 genera and 75 species.There was selectivity to saccharomycetes on the leaf surface of P.strobus,the multiformity and richness of fungus of S.matsudana leaf surface were higher than P.strobus,but the fungus homogenization of P.strobus leaf surface was higher.
