摘 要:为了更好地防治芍药红斑病,对该病害的症状进行了详细描述,通过组织分离得到101株形态特征基本一致的分离物。选取6株代表菌株,通过柯氏验证、形态学鉴定和ITS序列分析,将该病害病原菌鉴定为Dichocladosporium chlorocephalum(有性态:Graphiopsis chlorocephala)。在室内,采用孢子萌发法测定了病原菌对11种药剂的敏感性。结果表明:该病原菌对25%吡唑醚菌酯EC、70%代森锰锌WP、50%醚菌酯WG、250 g·L-1嘧菌酯SC敏感性较高,EC 50<10 mg·L-1。For better controlling Paeonia lactiflora red spot,the symptoms of the disease were described in detail.The 101 isolates with the same morphological characteristics by tissue isolation were obtained.Pathogenicity of six isolates were confirmed.With the morphological characteristics and ITS sequences of these isolates,the pathogen was identified as Dichocladosporium chlorocephalum(Sexuality:Graphiopsis chlorocephala).The susceptibility of the pathogen to 11 fungicides was detected by Spore germination method.The pathogen was more sensitive to 25%Pyraclostrobin EC,70%Mancozeb WP,50%kresoxim-methyl WG and 250 g·L-1 Azoxystrobin SC,and EC 50<10 mg·L-1.
