长三角地区生产性服务业集聚对区域生态效率的影响

摘　　要：基于2005-2016年间长三角地区江、浙、沪、皖市级面板数据,利用超效率SBM模型和动态空间杜宾模型,研究该区域生产性服务业集聚对生态效率的影响。结果表明,长三角地区城市生态效率存在显著的空间正相关性与“时间惯性”,空间溢出效应十分明显。生产性服务业集聚在空间上对区域生态效率产生抑制作用,两者之间存在倒“U”型关系。其中,生产性服务业专业化集聚对周围城市的生态效率具有负向空间溢出效应;长期来看,高端生产性服务业集聚能够提升本地区生态效率,而低端生产性服务业的过度集聚则会抑制生态效率的提高。生产性服务业集聚对生态效率的影响与城市等级规模有关,在特大城市中,生产性服务业集聚可以显著提升城市生态效率;而在其他类型城市中,生产性服务业集聚对生态效率产生抑制作用。Based on the panel data of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui municipalities in the Yangtze River delta region from 2005 to 2016,this paper studies the impact of the agglomeration of producer services in this region on ecological efficiency by using the super-efficiency SBM model and dynamic spatial durbin model.The results show that the urban ecological efficiency in the Yangtze river delta has a significant spatial positive correlation with"time inertia",and the spatial spillover effect is very obvious.The concentration of producer services in space can inhibit regional ecological efficiency,and there may be an inverted U-shaped relationship between the two.Among them,the professional agglomeration of producer services has a negative spatial spillover effect on the ecological efficiency of surrounding cities.In the long run,the agglomeration of high-end producer services can improve the ecological efficiency of the region,while the excessive agglomeration of low-end producer services will inhibit the improvement of ecological efficiency.The effect of producer services agglomeration on ecological efficiency is related to the scale of cities.In other types of cities,the agglomeration of producer services inhibits the ecological efficiency.
