摘　　要："云商"时代,陆港作为我国对外贸易的战略窗口,融合中国内陆地区海、陆、空多种运输方式,成为实现中国内陆与世界各地陆路城市及沿海城市"零距离"接触的重要物流通道。从智慧物流、陆港的概念界定入手,对陆港发展和智慧物流体系进行理论溯源;在此基础上深入分析中国陆港的区域发展现状,探究中国陆港的形成原因与发展阶段;进而根据智慧物流体系的要求和标准,从陆港货物运输体系、仓储作业体系、码头作业体系、物流装配体系、物流信息服务体系5个维度构建中国陆港智慧物流体系的评价指标,并据此揭示当前中国陆港智慧物流体系存在的问题及原因;最后,从陆港智慧型物流决策体系、内向型智慧物流体系和外向型智慧物流体系3个方面设计中国陆港智慧物流体系优化的"三位一体"攻略。In the era of "cloud business", inland port, as a strategic window for China’s foreign trade, integrates various modes of transportation by sea, land and air in China’s inland areas, and has become an important logistics channel which realizes a "zero-distance" contact between China’s inland and the land cities and coastal cities around the world. Starting from the definition of the concept of smart logistics and inland port, the paper theoretically explores the origin of the development of the inland port and the smart logistics system. On this basis, it analyzes the regional development status of China’s inland ports and explores the causes and development stages of China’s inland ports. According to the requirements and standards of the smart logistics system, from the five dimensions of the cargo transportation system, warehousing operation system, wharf operation system, logistics handling and distribution system and logistics information service system of inland port, the paper constructs the evaluation index of China’s inland port smart logistics system, and reveals the existing problems and their causes of China’s inland port smart logistics system. Finally, the paper designs the "three-in-one" strategy for optimizing China’s inland port smart logistics system from three aspects: the smart logistics decision-making system, inward-oriented smart logistics system and export-oriented smart logistics system of inland port.
