摘　　要：计算机、数据化和网络技术的快速发展,为医疗病案信息智能检索提供了技术支持。基于此,笔者探讨了医疗病案信息智能检索的基本概念,并着重介绍了病案全文检索系统、相关工具及技术,希望为医疗病案信息智能检索提供理论支撑。The rapid development of computer,data and network technologies has provided technical support for intelligent retrieval of medical record information.Based on this,the author explores the basic concepts of intelligent medical record information retrieval,and focuses on the full-text retrieval system of medical records,related tools and technologies,hoping to provide theoretical support for intelligent medical record information retrieval.
