摘 要:【目的】研究白僵菌和绿僵菌在不同侵染方式下对棉铃虫幼虫致死效应的差异。【方法】室内配置不同浓度白僵菌和绿僵菌孢悬液,采用浸渍法和饲喂法对棉铃虫三龄幼虫进行处理,统计死亡率及体重。【结果】白僵菌和绿僵菌孢子悬浮液经体壁侵染对棉铃虫最大校正死亡率分别为63%和73%,经消化道侵染对棉铃虫最大校正死亡率为38%和65%,与对照相比,体重有不同程度的下降。【结论】室内条件下白僵菌和绿僵菌两者的分生孢子悬浮液均是,浓度越高对棉铃虫的致死效率和体重控制效果越好,且4×107孢子/mL浓度的绿僵菌和1.5×108孢子/mL的白僵菌是防治棉铃虫幼虫的经济有效浓度。【Objective】To study the lethal effect of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae on the larvae of Helicoverpa armigera under different infection modes.【Methods】Different concentrations of B.bassiana and M.anisopliae spore suspension were prepared indoors.The third instar larvae of H.armigera were treated by impregnation and feeding methods,and the mortality and body weight were monitored.【Results】The maximum corrected mortality of B.bassiana and M.anisopliae spore suspension was 63%and 73%,respectively,and that of the digestive tract infection was 38%and 65%,respectively.Compared with the control,the body weight was inhibited to some extent.【Conclusion】Indoors,both B.bassiana and M.anisopliae showed that the higher the concentration of conidia suspension,the better the lethal efficiency and weight control effect on H.armigera.4×107 spore/mL of M.anisopliae and 1.5×108 spore/mL of B.bassiana are the economic and effective concentrations for the control of H.armigera larvae.
