摘 要:针对传统虚拟装配系统交互匹配度偏低的问题,设计一个基于AR技术的三维交互式虚拟装配系统。选用数字图像融合机、环形投影屏幕等作为显示层系统硬件,中控系统、光学追踪器和体感控制器作为交互层系统硬件,图形工作站、视频切换器、磁盘作为数据层系统硬件构成虚拟装配系统操作平台。利用该平台选用SolidWorks软件,根据实体物品比例制作虚拟装配组件模型,搭建"虚拟手"模型并设置交互程序,对三维模型进行装配碰撞检测,实现基于AR技术的虚拟装配系统设计。实验结果表明,所设计的虚拟装配系统与传统虚拟装配系统相比,其交互匹配度提高了13.18%。由此可见,所设计的三维交互式虚拟装配系统装配操作能力更优越。As the low interactive matching degree of traditional virtual assembly system,a 3D interactive virtual assembly system based on AR technology is designed.The digital image fusion machine,annular projection screen and so on are selected as the hardware of the display layer system,the central control system,optical tracker and somatosensory controller are used as the hardware of the interactive layer system,and the graphics workstation,video switcher and disk are used as the hardware of the data layer system to constitute the operating platform of the virtual assembly system.With the platform,the SolidWorks software is selected to make the virtual assembly component model on the basis of the proportion of physical objects,construct the"virtual hand"model and set up interactive programs.The assembly collision detection for the 3D model is conducted to realize the design of virtual assembly system based on AR technology.The experimental results show that the interactive matching degree of the designed virtual assembly system is 13.18%higher than that of the traditional virtual assembly system.It can be seen that the designed 3D interactive virtual assembly system has better assembly operation ability.
