持续冲洗引流治疗皮瓣移植术后感染的治疗效果及护理满意度评价

摘　　要：选择我院2017年4月2019年6月收治的皮瓣移植术后感染患者60例为研究对象,按照随机法将患者分为对照组(30例)、研究组(30例)。对照组患者施行常规护理及换药措施,研究组患者予以持续冲洗引流治疗与综合护理模式,对两组患者护理满意度、治疗效果比对研究。两组患者护理满意度比较,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);患者治疗效果比对,对照组明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。说明对皮瓣移植术后感染患者施行持续冲洗引流治疗联合综合护理模式,可有效提升患者治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,提升患者护理满意度。60 patients with infection after skin flap transplantation admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random method.The patients in the study group were given continuous irrigation and drainage treatment and comprehensive nursing mode.The two groups were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction and treatment effect.Compared with the two groups,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the treatment effect of patients,the control group was significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05).It is suggested that continuous irrigation and drainage combined with comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the treatment effect,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
