小儿法洛氏四联症术后机械辅助通气的护理干预研究

摘　　要：以分析小儿法洛氏四联症术后机械辅助通气的护理干预效果为目的。选择2018年4月2019年4月来我院接受治疗的120例小儿法洛氏四联症患者为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例患者。对照组患者接受常规化护理干预,在此基础上,观察组患者联合应用针对性机械辅助通气护理干预法。相较于对照组,观察组患者家属的护理满意度更高,且并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。针对接受手术的小儿法洛氏四联症综合征患者来说,在手术后为患者实施针对性机械辅助通气护理可提升患者机体的氧合水平,降低术后并发症的发生概率,提高家属满意度,安全性强,可靠性高,具进一步推广价值。To analyze the effect of nursing intervention of mechanical ventilation in children with tetralogy of Fallot.120 children with tetralogy of Fallot treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,on this basis,the patients in the observation group combined with targeted mechanical ventilation nursing intervention.Compared with the control group,the family members of patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).For the children with tetralogy of Fallot syndrome who have been operated on,the implementation of targeted mechanical assistant ventilation after the operation can improve the oxygenation level of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the satisfaction of family members,have strong safety and high reliability,and have the value of further promotion.
