经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的术后护理价值分析

摘　　要：分析骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者施行经皮椎体成形术的术后护理价值。随机抽取2017年1月-2019年6月在我院住院的114例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各57例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,试验组患者术后施行护理干预,对两组患者的术后护理有效率、并发症发生率、术后疼痛情况进行对比分析。对比两组患者的护理有效率,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率对比,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);患者术后疼痛对比,试验组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对其进行综合护理干预,护理效果显著,加快了康复速度,降低了术后并发症,具有临床推广价值。To analyze the postoperative nursing value of percutaneous vertebroplasty in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.From January 2017 to June 2019,114 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group,57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation,and the patients in the experimental group were given nursing intervention after operation.Compared with the nursing efficiency of two groups,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the postoperative pain of patients,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients has significant nursing effect,which can accelerate the recovery speed,reduce the postoperative complications,and has clinical promotion value.
