序贯护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者的治疗依从性及护理效果

摘　　要：探讨序贯护理干预对提高类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的治疗依从性与护理的效果。采集2017年4月-2018年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院收治的60例RA患者,其中,30例患者接受常规护理,为常规组,30例患者采用序贯护理,为试验组,比较护理后两组患者治疗的依从性、临床护理效果。护理后,试验组患者的症状改善效果比常规组显著(P<0.05)。试验组治疗依从性为93.3%,高于常规组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对RA患者实施序贯护理干预,疗效确切,值得临床推广。To explore the effect of sequential nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and nursing of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).From April 2017 to may 2018,60 RA patients were collected from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University.Among them,30 patients received routine nursing,which was the routine group,30 patients used sequential nursing,which was the experimental group.After the nursing,the compliance and clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared.After nursing,the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the experimental group was 93.3%,higher than that of the conventional group(73.3%)(P<0.05).The effect of sequential nursing intervention on RA patients is accurate and worthy of clinical promotion.
