摘　　要：选择2018年1月2019年10月在我院住院治疗胫腓骨骨折伴骨筋膜室综合征患者34例,回顾分析患者术后施行封闭式负压引流技术的应用,对其护理效果、护理满意度进行分析研究。所有患者经封闭式负压引流技术应用及其综合性护理后,创口处与骨折处愈合,护理满意度为94%。说明对胫腓骨骨折伴骨筋膜室综合征患者术后施行封闭式负压引流治疗技术,可促进患者术后恢复,提高患者生活质量。From January 2018 to October 2019,34 patients with tibiofibular fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome were selected to be hospitalized in our hospital.The application of closed negative pressure drainage technology in patients after operation was analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing effect and satisfaction were analyzed.After the application of closed negative pressure drainage and comprehensive nursing,the wounds and fractures healed,and the nursing satisfaction was 94%.It is indicated that the closed negative pressure drainage can promote the postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of the patients with tibiofibular fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome.
