整体护理在缺铁性贫血患者中的应用

摘　　要：观察不同护理方法用于缺铁性贫血(IDA)中的效果。选择2018年5月-2019年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院收治的76例IDA患者,随机分为甲、乙两组,每组各38例。甲组采用常规护理,乙组在常规护理的基础上联合整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。经过护理后,乙组患者的Hb、RBC水平高于同期护理的甲组患者(P<0.05);在依从性指标的比较上,甲组的依从率为71.1%,乙组的依从率为94.7%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。对IDA患者推行积极的整体护理措施,有益于提升患者的治疗依从性,改善病程,值得临床推广。To observe the effect of different nursing methods in IDA.76 IDA patients admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,a and B,with 38 patients in each group.In group A,routine nursing was adopted,while in group B,on the basis of routine nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.After nursing,the level of Hb and RBC in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The compliance rate of group A was 71.1%,and that of group B was 94.7%(P<0.05).To carry out positive holistic nursing measures for IDA patients is beneficial to enhance patients’treatment compliance and improve the course of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
