摘　　要：中国国际工程承包企业间过度竞争态势导致了消耗战博弈大概率出现。引入合作竞争博弈理论,建立中国国际工程承包企业间的合作竞争博弈模型,通过分析得出纳什均衡解,从而阐明了中国国际工程承包企业间采用合作竞争博弈策略能有效降低消耗战博弈发生的概率。The excessive competition among Chinese international project contractors will lead to the high probability of War of attrition game.In this paper,the co-opetition game theory is introduced,and the co-opetition game model among Chinese international project contractors is established,and the Nash equilibrium solution is obtained through analysis.It is clarified that the co-opetition game strategy among Chinese international project contractors can effectively reduce the probability of war of attrition game.
